We came to Old Market to make the slice we missed.
GiGi's started with Rapha and Alberto and a stubborn idea: a New York slice done right, in the middle of Bristol. No frills, no fuss — just dough proved properly and a counter you can lean on.
We landed in Old Market because it's got the same energy we're after — independent, a bit scrappy, full of character. Honouring the past, present and future of pizza, one slice at a time.
